Verry good!
The apartment is relly easy to find, verry close to the beach. The airport is verry close and all the important attractions are close by foot ( ex: 1 hour walking to Sagrada Familia or 13-15 min by taxi). Nice zone with restaurants and supermarkets, even a mall at 10 min walking!

Good stay with everything within a walking distance
Perfect location, with the everything in a walking distance. The beach 5 minutes away, a row of 5 or 6 restaurants 2 minutes away, pharmacy, taxi rank all in the same block but it was the 4th floor so no noise from the street (there is a lift/elevator). A taxi to the airport was just 25/40 minutes. There is a metro station 15 minutes away (walking). Easy to collect and drop the keys as well and they made a cot available free of charge.
We would still choose this place again in Poblenou but... - Bed: it was a bit uncomfortable - Shower head: didn't stay at place but the hot water and pressure was excellent. The kitchen was different and outdated than the photo but it has everything we need for our family.

Nice location for short stay
Very good location, near to the beach and metro station. Calm and safe neighbourhood.
Bit old furnitures, not properly working heating system (some rooms had heating, some not but it is Barcelona so you need this only in autumn-spring season). One thing which was frustrating was door key - opening the doors took sometimes few minutes as keys were used - damaged.
